How Expert Property Asia researches, writes, verifies, and corrects Koh Samui property intelligence — and how we use technology without replacing human expertise.
Direct answer
Does Expert Property Asia use AI to write property content?
No. Market analysis, property descriptions, and advisory copy are written by our team from first-hand Koh Samui experience. We do not use AI to fabricate opinions, invent statistics, or generate listing imagery. AI is used only for administrative tasks such as schema formatting, typo checks, and structural QA — always under human approval.
Human-first philosophy
The authority of Expert Property Asia rests on on-the-ground experience on Koh Samui — viewings, mandate negotiations, and relationships built over years. Every market guide, area profile, listing description, and advisory article is authored by a named human before publication.
We do not publish AI-generated market opinions, synthetic property narratives, or mass-produced SEO content. Technology supports our expertise; it does not replace it.
Visual integrity
All photography and video on expertpropertyasia.com is real:
- Captured by our team or commissioned professional photographers.
- Provided by property owners or developers under mandate, where labelled.
We do not use generative AI to create, alter, or misrepresent property conditions, views, or finishes. Listing imagery may carry digital watermarks — see Terms of Service.
Permitted use of AI — administrative only
We use artificial intelligence tools strictly for backend and quality tasks:
- Schema formatting — structuring verified human-written data into JSON-LD for search and answer engines.
- Quality auditing — flagging typographical errors, grammar, and formatting inconsistencies.
- Precision corrections — spelling and grammar fixes approved by a human editor.
AI does not approve factual claims, legal interpretations, prices, or market forecasts. Every substantive claim is verified by a person before publish.
Sourcing and verification
We prioritise sources in this order:
- Thai statutes, royal gazettes, and government circulars.
- Bank of Thailand, Land Office, Revenue Department publications.
- Named research reports (CBRE Thailand, Knight Frank, JLL) where cited.
- Industry publications and peer-reviewed context.
- Our own first-party data from active mandates and market work.
Legal, tax, and statistical claims require inline citation. Unverified facts are marked internally and not published until confirmed. See market intelligence for examples of cited guides such as foreign ownership in Thailand.
Listing labels
We label listing status clearly where applicable: for sale, for rent, under offer, sold, or off-market introduction only. Mandate representation (seller vs buyer agent) is disclosed on listings and in our Ethics Policy.
Legal and tax content review
Articles covering Thai property law, foreign ownership, tax, or zoning are reviewed by a qualified Thai property lawyer before publication where material legal interpretation is involved. This is noted on the page where applicable. We remain a real estate agency — see Disclaimer.
Corrections and updates
When we identify a material error or the law changes, we update the article and change the visible “Last updated” date. Significant corrections are appended in an errata note with the correction date — we do not silently rewrite published facts.
